Rate Tracker is set up to help convert traffic on your site to a lead. Borrowers can fill out a form on your site specifying the loan program, rate, and points they wish to target. The form is then emailed to the site administrator and the borrower's data is stored in your back office. Each time you update your rates our system will compare the borrowers desired rate to your current rates. When a match is found an email is then instantly sent to the site administrator and the borrower.

This tool is ideal to assist your existing customers in knowing when a refinance or purchase makes sense.
