Viewing Applications

Use the top navigation and select “Applications” >> “Applications & Contact Requests”.

On the “Applications” page, you’ll see a list of the all the applications and contact requests that have been submitted as well as those that have been started but not completed.

View Application

Under the “Action” column, you will see a magnifying glass icon that will let you see the application/contact request in your browser.  You will also see icons that let you re-send the email notification, re-assign the application to loan officer, and delete the application/contact request. 

Downloading Applications

Use the top navigation and select “Applications” >> “Applications & Contact Requests”.

On the “Applications” page, you’ll see a list of the all the applications and contact requests that have been submitted as well as those that have been started but not completed.

If the Submitted application is a 5 Step Application, you will see a green download icon on the right hand side that will allow you to download the application to your computer as a .fnm filetype.

Re-assigning Applications

This ability is only available if you are logged in as the Super Admin, or an Admin with access to the Secure Application Center.

Use the top navigation and select “Applications” >> “Applications & Contact Requests”.

On the “Applications” page, you’ll see a list of the all the applications and contact requests that have been submitted as well as those that have been started but not completed.

Re-assign application to loan officer

Under the “Action Column” one of the icons “Reassign Borrower” will allow you to assign that application to a specific loan officer that has been added to your website.  The Loan officer will then be able to login with his/her own account and view/download the application.

Change which Applications are available for borrowers

This feature is only available to users logged in as “Super Admin” or “Admin”.  Branch Managers, and Loan Officers will not be update which applications are displayed.

Use the top navigation to go to “Applications” >> “Order”.  On the “Loan Applications Display Order” page, you will see two lists:

  1. Order Applications: This is the applications that will appear on your websites “Apply Now” page.  You can re-order them by clicking and dragging to change the order in this list.
  2. Available Applications not in use: This list shows the applications that are not in use.  To disable an application type, drag it from the “Order Applications” column into this list.


 

Disclosure / E-Signature

The Secure Application center gives you two places to display disclosures and have borrowers sign those disclosures.  One is before the borrower starts the application, and the other is at the very end of the application.  To create these e-signature disclosures, login to your User (Super Admin), or Approved Contact (Admin) account and navigate to "Applications" >> "Disclosures".

On the Disclosures page, click on "+ New Disclosure", and follow the on screen instructions.
