Branches

Add Branch

This feature is only available to users logged in as either the Super Admin or as an admin with permission to access to the branches/Loan Officers

To add a branch, navigate using the top menu “Community” >> “Branches”.  You will see a list of all the branches that have been added to your website.  Click on the Blue button titled: “+Add New Branch”.  Follow the on screen instructions to finish adding the branch.

 

 

Delete Branch

This feature is only available to users logged in as either the Super Admin or as an admin with permission to access to the branches/Loan Officers

To delete a branch, navigate using the top menu “Community” >> “Branches”.  You will see a list of all the branches that have been added to your website.  Select the Branch that you wish to delete and click on the “Delete Branch” button.

 

 

 

Edit Branch Info

This feature is only available to users logged in as either the Super Admin,  as an admin with permission to access to the branches/Loan Officers, or the branch manager of the branch that you wish to edit.

To edit a branch’s info, navigate using the top menu “Community” >> “Branches”.  You will see a list of all the branches that have been added to your website.  Select the Branch that you wish to edit then use the links in the provided tabs to edit the branch information.

 

 

 

Activate/Deactivate Branch

This feature is only available to users logged in as either the Super Admin or as an admin with permission to access to the branches/Loan Officers

To activate or deactivate a branch, navigate using the top navigation "Community" >> "Branches".  click the blue button at the top of the branches list "Activate/Deactivate Branches or Loan Officers".  

There are two columns on the "Activate/Deactivate Branches & Loan Officers" page.  The column on the left (All Branches/Loan Officers) & the column on the right (Active Branches/Loan Officers).  To activate a branch.  Select a branch in the left column, and click the right arrow to move it to the right column.

To Deactivate a branch, select your branch in the right column, and click the left arrow to move the branch into the left (inactive) column.

Press update to complete the process.

 

Upload Branch Image

This feature is only available to users logged in as either the Super Admin or as an admin with permission to access to the branches/Loan Officers

To Add/Update a branch image, navigate to the "Branches" page by hovering over "Community" in the top bar and then clicking on "Branches".

Find the branch for which you would like to update the image and then click "Edit Image".  Follow the on screen instructions to upload, crop, and save your image.

 

 

Loan Officers

Add Loan Officer

This feature is only available to users logged in as either the Super Admin or as an admin with permission to access to the branches/Loan Officers.

To add a new Loan Officer navigate to the "Loan Officers" page by using the top navigation "Community" >> "Loan Officers".  

Click the blue button at the top of the loan officer list "+Add New Loan Officer".

Fillout the form with the loan officer's information. 

 

 

Notes:

  • Vanity Domain/URL refers to an external domain name that a loan officer may have purchased to make sharing their website url more friendly.
  • Secure Application URL is only if you have decided NOT to use the default etrafficers applications and are using your own/3rd party application.
  • Loan Officer URL is ususally the loan officers first name.  It is the part after the main domain that specifies a loan officers url (ex. if your domain name was www.mortgage.com, a loan officer, Steve, might have the url www.mortgage.com/steve.  In this case the Loan Officer URL field would just need to say "steve".

Delete Loan Officer

To Delete a loan officer completely from the website.  Navigate using the top menu to "Community" >> "Loan Officers".  

Find the Loan Officer in the list and click on their name.  click on the red button "DELETE ACCOUNT".

This feature is only available to users logged in as either the Super Admin or as an admin with permission to access to the branches/Loan Officers

To activate or deactivate a loan officer, navigate using the top navigation "Community" >> "Loan Officers".  click the blue button at the top of the branches list "Activate/Deactivate Branches or Loan Officers".  

There are two columns on the "Activate/Deactivate Branches & Loan Officers" page.  The column on the left (All Branches/Loan Officers) & the column on the right (Active Branches/Loan Officers).  To activate a loan officer.  Select a branch in the left column, and click the right arrow to move it to the right column.

To Deactivate a loan officer, select your LO in the right column, and click the left arrow to move the branch into the left (inactive) column.

Press update to complete the process.

 

 

Edit Loan Officer Contact Info

To edit a LOs contact info:

  1. If you are a loan officer:  Login with your loan officer account, then under "My Account" choose "Profile" and fill out the form to update your contact info.
  2. If you are a User (super admin), approved Contact (admin): navigate to "Community" >> "Loan Officers".  Find the LO in the list and click on their name. Under the profile tab, click the Pencil icon to edit their contact info.

 

Edit Loan Officer Bio

To edit a LOs bio:

  1. If you are a loan officer:  Login with your loan officer account, then under "Website" choose "Edit Bio" and fill out the form to update your contact info.
  2. If you are a User (super admin), approved Contact (admin): navigate to "Community" >> "Loan Officers".  Find the LO in the list and click on their name. Under the Bio tab, click the Pencil icon to edit their biography.

 

 

Edit Loan Officer State Licensing

To edit a LOs State Licensing:

  1. If you are a loan officer:  Login with your loan officer account, then under "Website" choose "State Licensing" and check the box next to the states in which you are licensed.  Click the pencil icon next to each state to add a license number/legal verbiage for each state.
  2. If you are a User (super admin), approved Contact (admin): navigate to "Community" >> "Loan Officers".  Find the LO in the list and click on their name. Under the State Licensing tab, click the Pencil icon to edit their biography.
