Your etrafficers account comes with at least one email account. See the table on this page to see how many email accounts are included in your package. To order more email accounts, see the section: Ordering more products.
To create an email account, navigate to "Email" >> "Manage Email Accounts". Click the blue button at the top of the email list titled: "+Add new email account". Fillout the ensuing form to complete the setup.
To delete an email account, navigate to "Email" >> "Manage Email Accounts". find the email that you wish to delete and click the red "X" icon under action column to delete the account. NOTE: This will delete your email inbox!
An email forward will take any mail sent to an address @yourdomain.com and forward it directly to an email address that you specify. For example, if you create a forward from john@domain.com which forwards to john@gmail.com all emails sent to john@domain.com will be delivered to john@gmail.com. NOTE: john@domain.com has no inbox all email will be sent directly to john@gmail.com.
To setup a forward, using the top menu, navigate to "Email" >> "Email Forwards". Click the blue buton "+Add new email forward" and follow the onscreen instructions.

To update your email password there are two options:
You can use webmail to check your email online anywhere. All you need to know is your email account and email password (seperate from your etrafficers account password).
Go to https://etrafficers.mymailsrvr.com/index.php,
fillout the login form with your email address and email password.
Login to webmail, click on the settings (three horizontal bars) in the top right corner. Click on "Settings". In the popup, choose "Composing Email", Click on the tab: "Signatures".
Click the button "Add New Signature". Give your signature a name and compose your email signature in the textbox "Edit Signature" and press "OK".

You can access your email account through an email client (Outlook, iMail, etc.) as an IMAP or POP3 account. To install the account you will need to know your email password. If you need to reset your password, see Change Email Password.
