Import Your Loan Applications into Encompass

Downloading the Fannie Mae File:

  1. Login to your Etrafficers, Inc. Account.
    Login
     
  2. Click Applications in the Main Navigation
    Logged In
  3. Find the Application and click the "View" link.
    Save File
  4. Click "Download 3.2" and Save the File to your Computer.

Importing the Downloaded File into Encompass:

  1. Open Encompass.
    Open Encompass
     
  2. Go to your Pipeline.
    Encompass Pipeline
     
  3. Select Import from the Pipeline Dropdown.
    Select Import
     
  4. Select Fannie Mae 3.x.
    Select Fannie Mae 3.x.
     
  5. Browse to and Select the downloaded Fannie Mae File.
    Find the File
     
  6. The file is then imported.
    Import the File
     
  7. Return to your Pipeline and find the borrower.
    Return to your Pipeline
     
  8. Verify that the import occurred successfully.
    Verify Import

Congratulations! You have successfully imported your Loan Application into Encompass!
