There are many positive things to say about this company so I’ll short stream as much as possible! In my 24 years of being a licensed mortgage broker, I have yet to partner with a company so professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. They don’t do pressure (nor do I) and are always spot on with customer service. Brian is my rep and he’s done a phenomenal job for me and my company. For the majority of 2023, business has been substantially reduced due to economic conditions much like the crash of 2008. I have been forced to temporarily suspend memberships and services including my service with Etrafficers. Brian promptly responded with a gracious reply to acknowledge my wishes. No pressure, no contracts, no fees. I then decided to do whatever I could to keep my company name in front of people as long as possible. I sent him a message and requested canceling my previous request to cancel! Again, he graciously replied with a “no problem” and offered a (3) month discount to help me out. THAT ladies and gentlemen, is how you do business! Thank you so much Brian and Etrafficers for the amazing job you do and for truly caring about your clients.
